The first stage in your gut renovation is demolishing outdated structures. We'll take the property down to the studs once we've erected the necessary measures so that we may completely reconstruct the area.
Our project manager and construction manager will walk through the area before we begin the rebuilding phase to assess what surprises (if any) might arise, communicating any findings along the way to guarantee unforeseen details can be promptly addressed.
During the planning stage, architectural plans are created. If new framing is required by the plans, it will be built following the initial round of inspections.
We can implement new plumbing and electrical work in accordance with the drawings after new framing is up. Additionally, we'll check to see if there are any leaks in the water or gas lines or if there are any shorts in the electrical system.
As soon as the plumbing and electrical work is finished, we can seal off the walls and start adding furniture like cabinets, floors, stairs, and tiles.
